We take great pride in every home, well, and septic inspection we perform. When the inspection is over, Gavin will prepare a detailed inspection report for the property. This will usually be e-mailed to you the morning following the inspection, and it will provide you with clear documentation of repairs that are needed in the home, well, or septic system.

We offer home inspections, well and septic inspections, water quality testing, and digital radon testing in Wake County, NC and the surrounding areas.  The cities we primarily service are Raleigh, Wake Forest, Franklinton, Rolesville, Knightdale, Wendell, Garner, Holly Springs, Apex, Morrisville, and Cary, NC.  However, we also perform inspections in our nearby counties which include Franklin County, Granville County, Johnston County, Durham County, and Orange County.
